Shipping Policy

Shipping is available at our discretion and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees will be determined based on the specifics of each order and communicated to the customer before finalizing the purchase.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for items that are unopened. For orders involving multiple baskets, a full refund is available for up to three baskets on orders of four or more baskets. Please contact us within three days of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund.
